A leading national appraisal and title management company located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh is seeking qualified candidates for Customer Service openings. Responsibilities may include:
Fielding all incoming calls Providing prompt resolution to issues from customers and vendor partners Electronically billing completed orders Processing new web, fax and phone orders received from customers Processing incoming emails and faxes in the CS and fax inboxes Providing order updates to customers Following up with orders on the Customer Service WIP Helping other departments with work overflow when necessary
