We provide Paid Training and offer a generous Performance Pay Plan that includes Production Bonuses, Paid Employee Referrals and Paid Sales Referrals. This position has a High Earning Potential with average earnings around $40,000 a year. Some of our technicians earn over $60,000 annually. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and paid vacations.
Minimum Qualifications for this Career: Must be at least 21 years of age with an acceptable driving record and able to pass a criminal background check/pre-employment drug screening. SUI is a Drug Free Workplace.
Requirements for this Career: Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing to work full-time schedules that meet the needs of our customers and business - this will include weekends (SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS) and some holidays.
Computer Skills: Basic experience with computers.
Physical Capabilities: Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions; balance on ladders up to 40 feet in height; lift and work with an 80 pound bag of cement; kneel and reach overhead; enter/work in crawl spaces, attics and on rooftops; meet driver safety requirements; able to perform physically demanding work that may involve long hours (indoors/outdoors) in order to complete all assigned customers in the scheduled workday.
Acceptable Driving Record: A valid U.S. drivers license; at least 2 years driving experience with no major violations within the last 3-5 years and no more than three (3) minor violations within the last two (2) years.
Professional Appearance: Well-groomed; appropriate attire to meet our business image; no visible body art, piercings, etc.
Professional Demeanor: Polite, respectful, well-organized and courteous, with outstanding enthusiasm and communication skills.
