Requirements:
The selected person will deal with escalated customer issues requiring expertise in navigating various software technical platforms. Duties will include customer telephone queries, processing computer email data, providing training and perfoming miscellaneous administrative duties. He/she will engage the customer in specifics, grasp the issues, direct them to the appropriate contact and insure a positive experience for the customer!
There will also be opportunities to engage in special projects, work with accounting department and general support to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience - Prefer experience with an Internet technical company including help desk support for: enterprise software; recruitment services; on-line shopping; reservation systems, etc. - experience handling escalated customer issues - Computer literate and ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
